Visit www.OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov/WebCheck for a list of locations near you. These services are provided by Lake Health System and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. You will need a valid photo ID and the requestor's contact information. There are fees associated with these services.
The police department handles criminal fingerprinting only.
